Absolutely fuming at one of my parents right now, and I’ve got nowhere to go to blow off steam for an extended period of time. How do you calm down when one of the main causes of your frustration could burst into your room at any second and criticise/demand/annoy you?

The real (tragic) story behind the Rugrats
The show ”Rugrats” was based on Angelica’s imagination, who played the role as the toddler who bossed the babies around, but in reality the babies did not actually exist anywhere else but in her mind. In reality Chucky, the baby in the glasses, had died along with his mother and that’s why his father Chaz is such a nervous wreck. Tommy was a stillborn causing his father Stu to spend his most of time in the garage creating toys for the son that never lived. The DeVilles had an abortion and Angelica had trouble deciding which gender for the unborn child so she decided on twins with different genders.
Angelica grew up in a rough lifestyle, surrounded by drugs and depression throughout her lifetime. Her father Drew fell in depression and married a gold digger that Angelica idolized and fooled herself into thinking that she was her real mother. Although Angelica barely knew her real mother, Cynthia, she did have a concept of what she would be like so she took with her a barbie doll which represented what she thought her mother would look like; wearing a orange unwashed dress and messed up hair. Unfortunately, Angelica had evidently followed in the footsteps of her mother and died at the age of 13 years old due to drug overdose; which was also the same exact time they had “cancelled” the show they also featured called “All Grown Up!”
The trouble little girl had total control of all the babies, having the ability to make them disappear and re-appear whenever she pleased. However, the only character she didn’t have control over was unborn Tommy’s brother Dil. Angelica couldn’t tell the difference between her imaginary creations and Dil who wasn’t fictional; therefore, she beat baby Dil when she would want him to stop crying. By the time Stu pulled his niece off of his only child, Dil had developed brain hemorrhage. Through the years, Dil grew up mocked and teased because of his weirdness and retardation; leading to the cause of Angleica’s drug use because of the vast amount of guilt she had growing up.
Suzie was Angelica’s only friend who was interested in Angelica’s creations. After the death of Angelica caused by drug overdose, Suzie helped organize a funeral for her friend. As a result of Angelica’s drug addiction, she became a social outcast which caused for a break in reality and fantasy. Days before her death, Angelica spent most of her time at the back of the school cafeteria, imagining herself surrounded by friends and entertained herself with the lives of her creations. Suzie then grew up to become a psychologist and teamed up with Nickelodeon to make “The Rugrats”.

You saw a shirt for $97. You didn’t have the cash, so you borrowed $50 from your mum and $50 from your dad = $100. You bought the shirt, and had $3 change. You gave your dad $1 and your mum $1 and kept the other $1 for yourself. Now you owe your mum $49 and your dad $49. 49+49 = 98 + your $1 = 99. Where is the missing $1?
Basically once you took the money, you owe each parent $50.
You give $1 back to each of them, so now you owe them only $49 each and you have $1 left.
You should split this evenly between both parents (=50c) so now you only owe them each $48.50.
$48.50 + $48.50 = $97. That’s all you owe them, because that’s the cost of the shirt. The “missing dollar” (i.e. the one we just split into 2 x 50c and gave back) is what we are keeping.
If you didn’t pay them back anything, you’d owe a total of $100 still.
If you kept said dollar and only gave them back each $49, you’d only owe $98, correct.
There.

Who wants to be my surrogate?
I need to post something anonymously but don’t want it to be traced back to me.
If you want to help by posting it on your blog instead, I’ll send it to the first person who replies to this post.
In fact, I’ll send it to whoever replies. Might be something cute for your followers to read.
NB: It’s kinda long. But you’ll like it. It’s from the heart.
